orange blue and white fish pattern luxury shopper/work bag/ lap top bag
Uses:
I love this fish fabric, its fun, bright and cheerful and looks great with denim, blue and white.
This shopping/luxury tote /work bag is big enough to put your laptop or ipad in, along with an umbrella, wallet, phone, book, lunch water bottle , notebook, pen etc. The internal zip pocket gives some security and your keys won't go missing when they're attached to the carabina. Some blue top stitching, makes it look a bit more luxurious
Inspiration:
Our marine life is threatened by plastics, ghost fishing, sewage, industrial pollution and climate change. This all leads to loss of biodiversity and disease in our marine environments. The Marine Conservation Society pledges to protect at least 30% of our own marine area by 2030 and in 2023 they achieved some success stories:-
1) Native osters were returned to Scottish waters for the first time in 100 years.
2) In October 2023 a ban on single use plastics came into effect in England, with Wales bringing in their own ban shortly afterwards. The push for these bans was helped by volunteers recording how much plastic littered our beaches during beach clearing events.
3) UK marine wildlife surveys have helped build a picture of life in UK and Irish seas and track changes that may occur due to pollution and climate change.
4) Raised awareness of microfibre pollution to the government and a solution:- microfibre filters in washing machines.
