Refund policy

RETURNS

We hope your Bags For Biodiversity purchase has put a smile on your face but if you change your mind, we only ask that the following requirements are met.

  1. We will happily exchange any item you are not happy with, provided that it is returned within 28 days of receipt. It must be unused, in its original condition,  with any original labels or tags still attached and with a proof of purchase  or receipt.
  2. If you change your mind and require a refund, please let us know within 14 days from delivery and then return your bag within 28 days .  It must be unused, in its original condition,  with any original labels or tags still attached and with a proof of purchase or receipt.
  3.  If your purchase has been damaged or appears to be faulty please email a photo of the problem and a written description  and we will pay for the return postage. 

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. 

How Do I Return an Item

Before posting an item please contact   ghislaine.sayers@hotmail.co.uk.  and state your order number and reason for return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
